CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. If an appointment is missed without notice, 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. This helps protect the time specifically reserved for you.
